we started as two guys who wanted to cook really good food the way we like it. different backgrounds but the same love for hosting a damn good dinner party. passion attracts passion and we soon found ourselves surrounded by friends with their own talents to contribute to elevating each night to something even more special than we could have imagined.
each menu is one of a kind, just like each iteration of COY. with 12 seats at a communal round table, we encourage sharing more than just the food with your neighbor. overhearing good conversation and new friendships being made is one of the joys of hosting these evenings.
